- Manage the Rundeck instance at Roche running ~3,000 jobs/day. Built CI/CD pipelines deploying Rundeck on Kubernetes with Ansible and Jenkins, reaching an SLI of 99.97%. Diagnose and resolve issues while minimizing user impact.
- Extended Rundeck with custom Python and Bash plugins integrating Splunk, ServiceNow and HashiCorp Vault.
- Built Autodispatcher: a Django web app that classifies ServiceNow incidents with a neural network and auto-assigns them to the right technician — cutting ticket assignment time by 90%. Stack: Python, Django, JavaScript, Docker, Nginx, Celery.
- Helped users automate processes with Rundeck (e.g. bulk update of 600+ AWS accounts), running demo days and writing onboarding guidelines.
- As Team Lead, I guide a group of SREs embedded across client projects — fostering continuous learning, sharing best practices and ensuring high engineering standards.
